J’aime travailler sur le paysage urbain, sur les gens dans la ville. Je suis allée régulièrement au parc de La Villette photographier les gens installés au bord du canal de l’Ourcq. C’est un lieu de détente et de contemplation, où je m’intéresse au rapport entre la géométrie du paysage et les gens. Les gens sont seuls, en couples ou en groupes, et selon la saison ou l’heure de la journée, nombreux ou rares. Leurs présences dans ce paysage géométrique forment des compositions dont je modifie les perspectives et les couleurs, et que je réarrange jusqu’à ce qu’elles atteignent l’aspect pictural que je veux leur donner.
