We offer two plans, 1 Basic account (No subscription + sales commission) and a Premium account (With subscription + sales commission):

• The Basic account: has no subscription and a 50% commission. The artist sets the desired earnings per artwork, sets the price, and we automatically add 50% at the time of sale, corresponding to our commission. (If the artist is subject to VAT, it will be included in the price.) The visible price will include management fees and Stripe fees.
  * Excluding delivery and customs fees, which will be added later as they depend on the location of the artwork and the buyer.
• The Premium account (activation in progress): with a €20/month subscription * (1 year) and a commission of 37.50 excl. VAT (45% incl. VAT)

To register on our platform, go to our website www.artinteractivies.com and click on the "Sign Up - Log In" link at the top right of your screen. On the screen that appears, select "Create an Account (Sign Up)" and choose the "Submit an Application" option under the "Artist / Sell Your Artworks" section. You will then begin the process of creating your Artist profile on ART INTERACTIVITIES and must fill in the various details required to validate your registration.

The first screen asks you to enter your main contact details and provide an email address and a password that will serve as your login credentials on our platform. The checkbox "I do not have a registered business" allows you to indicate that you are not registered with URSSAF as a legally declared business.
However, you may have registered with the Maison des Artistes (now merged with URSSAF). This registration lists you with URSSAF as a sole proprietorship, which qualifies you as a "Professional" artist. If this applies, check the box "I am registered with URSSAF" and complete the required fields marked with an asterisk. Once all information is entered and the checkboxes are selected, click the "Enter" button to proceed to the next step.

On the second screen, you need to fill in your contact details precisely and click "Enter" to access the final step of your registration.
If you declared being registered with URSSAF (as a business or sole proprietor), you will need to provide details about your professional status. Click the "Enter" button to move on to the final step of your registration.

In this final step, you will need to provide your address as well as information about your training background, artistic approach, sales habits and artwork production, and you will need to upload examples of artworks you have created. These pieces will not be listed for sale on our platform; they simply serve as a sample of your work to help us determine whether to approve your registration.

Once all the information on this step is completed, click the "Enter" button to finalize your registration. If all information is valid, you will receive an email indicating that your registration has been received and that we are reviewing your submission to confirm or deny your profile on our platform.

Once our selection jury completes the review, you will receive an email with our decision.

If the decision is negative, it does not reflect the quality of your work. It simply means that it does not align with the style and criteria we seek for the platform.

If the decision is positive, you will be able to log in to your Artist profile via the link in the email and complete your seller profile.

When you registered, you received an email titled “Creation of your Personal Space” confirming the creation of your account on ART INTERACTIVITIES.

To follow the steps, please do the following:

1. Click on the “I log in” link in the email you received, or go directly to the Login Page of ART INTERACTIVITIES.

2. In the “Log in to my account (Already Registered)” section, enter your Username (your email) and the password you set during registration.

Note: Your Artist account is also a Client account! It allows you to make purchases on the ART INTERACTIVITIES website if you wish.

In this case, there are two scenarios:

1. If you have registered a company in your seller profile (i.e. you are a registered professional artist), purchases made with this profile will be the property of your company. If you wish to purchase artworks in your own name, you must register on our platform with a separate personal profile, not linked to your artist profile, where you will be considered solely as a buyer.

2. If you have not registered a company in your profile, your purchases will be your personal property.

Once registered to the service—a process that takes only a few minutes and is completely free—you will be able to access your account.

From there, simply follow the instructions to upload new listings or edit existing ones in just a few clicks.

To increase your chances of selling your artworks, you should upload multiple photos for each piece you list online. Front view (entire artwork without frame), side view (to show thickness), close-up of certain parts, three-quarter view, back view, signature, and a very close-up of a corner of the artwork (excluding white frame) covering a square of at least 5 cm and up to 10 cm per side. Each photo should show the artwork from different angles, giving the buyer a complete and detailed view before making a purchase.

The visuals you submit must be in JPEG format (.JPG or .JPEG extension), PNG, or TIFF, and should ideally have a minimum resolution of 800 x 800 pixels at 72dpi to ensure optimal quality when displayed on our platform. In order to maintain the quality of the site, our team reserves the right to remove any image that does not meet these criteria.

What are the selection criteria for artists on ART INTERACTIVITIES?

• Established Artistic Style: We seek artists whose style is already defined and expressed through a sufficiently substantial body of work.

How does the application process work?

ART INTERACTIVITIES is constantly recruiting new artists, serving as a springboard for emerging talents. Applications are open and can be submitted by filling out the Artist Application Form available on the website. It is recommended to include photos of the artworks you wish to present along with a portfolio detailing your artistic approach. Applications are carefully reviewed by a panel of experts from the art world. Only selected artists will receive a response, usually within a maximum of 30 days. If approved, artists will receive an invitation email to access their personal space on the ART INTERACTIVITIES platform.

ART INTERACTIVITIES will then take care of organizing the shipment by arranging for a carrier to come to your location or studio to deliver the package to the buyer.

Artists, like other sellers, have the opportunity to showcase their work through Classified Ads on Art Interactivities. Our goal is to support contemporary art by encouraging the use of all available forms of expression.

Art Interactivities provides all its users, including artists, with technical tools to ensure excellent visibility for their artworks. Artists who create audiovisual works can also exhibit their creations using our online video features.

Thus, Art Interactivities offers a diverse platform for the promotion of contemporary art, allowing artists to share their creativity in multiple ways.

Artists have the opportunity to be selected as one of Art Interactivities' featured artists. This section is designed to highlight talents discovered by Art Interactivities.

To be featured in this section, artists must be selected by our team based on artistic criteria such as originality of subject, medium, technique, etc. In this role, Art Interactivities acts as an agent for the artist, promoting their work to our clientele.

This is a valuable opportunity for artists to gain increased visibility and reach a wider audience through the recognition and promotion provided by Art Interactivities.

To ensure the quality and independence of our artist selection process, we want to emphasize that listing on our platform is completely FREE if you choose the Basic account.

However, There is a second account, << Basic >> and a Premium, which allows unlimited uploading of artworks for sale, with the samesecurity, and access to all site features. The Basic Account and the Premium Account allows you to increase the visibility of your artworks and grow your presence in the borderless art market.

- The Basic account requires no subscription and includes a 50% commission per artwork sold.

- The Premium account is available through a monthly subscription of €20 or an annual subscription of €240, with a commission rate of 37.50% (excluding tax) per artwork sold.

The Premium Account becomes the most cost-effective option as your sales volume increases, since the commission is lower than that of the Basic account.

ART INTERACTIVITIES earns revenue through commissions on completed sales and/or a monthly or annual subscription as outlined in the General Terms of Sale, which are shared with artists upon acceptance onto the platform.
