You want to offer art while letting the recipient choose the piece. You can offer an Art Interactivities gift card. To purchase a gift card, please visit the dedicated gift card section. You can choose between the E-gift card (sent instantly by email). Select the card amount (between €50 and €1200) and add a personalized message. Then proceed to payment.

Using a Gift Card

To use a promotional code on your order, go to your cart. Below the order summary, find the "Discount Coupons" section. Enter the promotional code in the designated field and confirm by clicking OK. The discount will be applied immediately.

If the code is not valid for the current cart (incorrect amount, expired date, coupon already used, etc.), or in case of a typing error, an error message will appear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for unframed artworks are set and charged directly by the artist. They may vary depending on the type of artwork, its size, weight, as well as the artist's location and your delivery address worldwide. The corresponding shipping costs for your order will be added at checkout.

It is important to note that all shipping fees are charged at cost and include tracked delivery via reputable courier services.

All our artworks are shipped directly by the artist.

Our estimated delivery times usually range from 3 to 7 business days. However, these times may vary depending on the artist’s location in the world and your shipping address. If you have a specific deadline to meet, please let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to deliver on time.

Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees apply. We have no control over these fees, and upon receipt of your package, you will need to pay the customs fees corresponding to the import tax.

Customs fees must be paid directly to the carrier, who will contact you for this purpose. If you would like to estimate the amount of customs fees before finalizing your order, we recommend that you contact your country’s customs authorities, who can provide you with information on the applicable rate.

Additionally, please note that customs fees are subject to processing fees, which vary (we have no control over this) from €15 to €50 depending on the carrier. Although the responsibility for these procedures falls on you, feel free to contact our customer service at contact@artinteractivities.com for any questions; we will do everything we can to assist you! Please note that if you reside within the European Union, no customs fees will be applicable.

Packaging

Each artwork is packaged by the artist himself according to very specific guidelines provided by Art Interactivities, in order to ensure optimal protection of the ordered piece during transport.

For each ordered artwork, we select the most suitable carrier based on the type of artwork, with a constant focus on optimizing its protection throughout the entire transport process. Each shipment is tracked and insured up to the value of the artwork.

In the art world, it is common practice to negotiate the price of an artwork. Although the prices of our pieces are set with the utmost care by our experts in collaboration with our artists, we believe it is fair to allow art enthusiasts on Art Interactivities to benefit from this opportunity. The price negotiation option is available for all original artworks on Art Interactivities.

To submit a price offer, go to the artwork’s detail page that interests you, then click on “Propose a Price.” Enter the amount you wish to offer and click “Propose.” Please note that you must first register on Art Interactivities to make an offer. You will be notified of the response by email within 24 hours.

If your offer is accepted, you will gain access to a secure and personalized space where the discount will be displayed. This special offer will be valid for 48 hours and will apply to the artwork(s) you are interested in.

To make a payment on our website, you have several options available:

  • -Payment via PayPal
  • -Installment payment: e.g., 3 interest-free installments by credit card (CB), in partnership with STRIPE, for purchases between €500 and €5000. This payment method is available to buyers with a credit card issued in France or Belgium.
  • -Bank transfer: you can choose to pay by bank transfer by following the instructions provided after selecting this option during checkout. Your order will be confirmed once the payment is received and will be shipped upon receipt.

Pay in installments and Pay later

If you have a credit card issued in France or Belgium (CB, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), you can pay in 3 interest-free installments for any order between €500 and €5000, using our partner STRIPE.

Example: If the payment is spread over 3 months, the first installment is charged immediately, followed by two more monthly payments at one-month intervals.

Select this payment option during checkout and follow the instructions. You may be asked to provide supporting documents to verify your identity. Your order will be shipped once confirmed. Our Return Policy

If the artwork you received does not meet your expectations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, you can withdraw and receive a full refund of your order, including return shipping costs (for customers based in a European Union country, excluding Overseas Departments).

Refunds

You will receive a full refund of your order, including return shipping costs for customers based in a European Union country (excluding Overseas Departments).

Once the artist has received the returned artwork and confirmed that it is intact, you will be refunded as soon as possible for the full amount paid for your order.

Return of an Artwork

We make every effort to ensure that the artworks delivered to you are in optimal condition, both in terms of protection and precautions during transport. Despite all these measures, it may happen that the artwork you receive is not in accordance with your order or is damaged.

If you find that the artwork delivered to you is not as ordered, has a defect, or is damaged, you must immediately inform Art Interactivities by email at clients@artinteractivities.com, indicating the nature of the defect, non-compliance, or damage, and providing any useful evidence, including photographs.

Art Interactivities will inform the concerned Artist and provide you with their contact details via email for the return of the artwork. Art Interactivities will coordinate with a carrier to arrange the return process, ensuring it is as easy as possible for you (pickup from your home).

Return shipping costs will not be your responsibility. You are responsible for packaging the artwork to be returned in its original packaging, ensuring that all secure packing principles for artworks are followed. Make sure to include the corresponding purchase invoice and the certificate of authenticity, both received in the original package.

Once the artist has received the returned artwork and conducted the necessary checks, we will offer, depending on the circumstances, restoration or replacement of the artwork, if possible. If restoration or replacement is not feasible, you will be refunded the full price paid for the artwork, including delivery costs if applicable, as soon as possible.
